This commitment is reflected in the company\u2019s continuous efforts to employ cutting-edge techniques to ensure the safety of its products throughout all stages of production, alongside ongoing development and precise testing within its facility.<\/p>

The Manufacturing Department at Al Motaheda<\/strong> adheres to the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene to guarantee the delivery of fresh and healthy products. The latest technologies are used in milk processing and cheese production to preserve nutritional value and product quality.<\/p>

In our factory, we follow clear quality standards to achieve the highest levels of quality and food safety at every stage the product passes through \u2014 from the selection of milk sources, milk inspection and testing, pasteurization, production, packaging, and storage, to transportation and delivery to the consumer.<\/p>

The production journey begins with the arrival of milk at the factory from contracted suppliers and farms.<\/p>

The milk is received under strict conditions that ensure its safety and quality, and the factory is keen to use the latest testing equipment to guarantee a product that meets the taste and expectations of consumers.<\/p>

  • Receiving and Cooling:<\/strong>
    The milk is first received in a high-quality cooling tank that maintains its ideal temperature and ensures its safety until the production stages begin.<\/p><\/li>

  • Pasteurization:<\/strong>
    Next, the milk undergoes the pasteurization process using specialized equipment designed to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving essential nutrients.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cheese Production:<\/strong>
